If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Academy's services.

2. Educational Purpose

Ta-Seti Academy is an educational institution.

All content, courses, workshops, publications, videos, presentations, discussions, and educational materials are provided solely for educational and informational purposes.

Nothing provided by the Academy constitutes:

  • legal advice;

  • psychological treatment;

  • mental health counseling;

Participation in Academy programs does not establish a therapist-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.

3. Adults Only

The Academy is intended exclusively for adults.

The Academy reserves the right to deny access where age eligibility cannot be reasonably verified.

4. Voluntary Participation

Participation in Academy programs is entirely voluntary.

You remain solely responsible for:

  • your relationships;

  • your conduct;

  • your personal well-being;

  • your compliance with applicable laws.

The Academy provides education, not personal direction or individualized instruction regarding private relationships.

5. Educational Philosophy

The Academy teaches structured models of:

  • ethical authority transfer;

  • leadership;

  • governance;

  • communication;

  • accountability;

  • informed consent;

  • organizational design;

  • relational design.

Participation does not require adopting any specific identity, title, role, relationship structure, philosophy, or belief system.

Students are encouraged to evaluate ideas critically and determine for themselves whether educational concepts are appropriate for their own circumstances.

6. Consent and Personal Responsibility

The Academy promotes:

  • informed consent;

  • ongoing consent;

  • negotiated agreements;

  • accountability;

  • personal autonomy;

  • ethical leadership.

Nothing taught by the Academy authorizes:

  • coercion;

  • abuse;

  • manipulation;

  • unlawful conduct;

  • discrimination;

  • harassment;

  • non-consensual activity.

Each participant remains personally responsible for their own actions.

7. Applications and Enrollment

Submitting an application does not guarantee:

  • admission;

  • enrollment;

  • acceptance into a course;

  • certification;

  • credentialing;

  • advancement.

The Academy may accept, defer, decline, suspend, or revoke enrollment in accordance with its published policies.

8. User Accounts

Some Academy services require creation of a user account.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate information;

  • maintain current information;

  • protect your login credentials;

  • notify the Academy of unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity occurring under your account.

9. Student Conduct

Users agree to interact respectfully with instructors, staff, volunteers, students, and other participants.

Users may not:

  • harass others;

  • threaten others;

  • impersonate others;

  • interfere with Academy operations;

  • upload malicious software;

  • violate intellectual property rights;

  • misuse Academy systems;

  • engage in unlawful conduct.

The Academy reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of these standards.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, all Academy materials, including but not limited to:

  • curriculum;

  • course materials;

  • written publications;

  • videos;

  • graphics;

  • logos;

  • trademarks;

  • assessments;

  • instructional methodologies;

  • Authority Transfer Framework™;

  • Academy branding;

are owned by or licensed to Ta-Seti Academy, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No Academy material may be reproduced, distributed, modified, published, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

Limited personal educational use is permitted unless otherwise stated.

11. User-Submitted Content

Users retain ownership of original content they submit.

By submitting content to the Academy, you grant the Academy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for educational, administrative, operational, and archival purposes consistent with the Academy's mission.

You represent that you possess the necessary rights to submit such content.

12. Certificates and Educational Recognition

Certificates issued by the Academy acknowledge successful completion of Academy-defined educational requirements.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Academy certificates do not constitute:

  • governmental licensure;

  • professional certification;

  • legal qualification;

  • regulatory approval;

  • academic degrees.

13. Third-Party Services

The Academy may utilize third-party providers for:

  • payment processing;

  • learning management;

  • video conferencing;

  • cloud storage;

  • email communications;

  • analytics.

Your use of those services may also be governed by the providers' own terms and policies.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Academy services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Academy disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ta-Seti Academy, Inc., its officers, directors, instructors, volunteers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of Academy services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ta-Seti Academy, Inc., its officers, directors, instructors, volunteers, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • your misuse of Academy services;

  • your violation of these Terms;

  • your violation of applicable law;

  • your infringement of another person's rights.

17. Suspension or Termination

The Academy may suspend, limit, or terminate access to its services when necessary to:

  • protect participants;

  • protect Academy property;

  • maintain system security;

  • enforce Academy policies;

  • comply with applicable law.

Termination of access does not necessarily terminate any outstanding contractual or financial obligations.

18. Modifications to Services

The Academy may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any portion of its services without prior notice.

The Academy is not obligated to maintain any specific program, feature, or service indefinitely.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located within the State of Florida unless otherwise required by law.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

21. Changes to these Terms

The Academy may revise these Terms of Use periodically.

The revised version becomes effective upon publication.

Continued use of Academy services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
