Authority Transfer Framework™;

are owned by or licensed to Ta-Seti Academy, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No Academy material may be reproduced, distributed, modified, published, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
Limited personal educational use is permitted unless otherwise stated.
11. User-Submitted Content
Users retain ownership of original content they submit.
By submitting content to the Academy, you grant the Academy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for educational, administrative, operational, and archival purposes consistent with the Academy's mission.
You represent that you possess the necessary rights to submit such content.
12. Certificates and Educational Recognition
Certificates issued by the Academy acknowledge successful completion of Academy-defined educational requirements.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Academy disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ta-Seti Academy, Inc., its officers, directors, instructors, volunteers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of Academy services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ta-Seti Academy, Inc., its officers, directors, instructors, volunteers, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:
